I have had the pleasure to work with Quality Incentives DMC for 2 different events that our company held Los Cabos, Mexico and Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. I want to let you know the difference I saw in your company versus the other and what has led me to the decision of which company we will be working with, in Cabo. Attention to detail. It’s the little things that planners notice, like the cleanliness of transportation or level of the vehicle that is used. Knowledge. When touring the area, you are able to keep the client informed of the current situations and trends. Informing us, without having to ask. Connection. The ongoing relationships with vendors, that are noticeable during visits. Trust. Feeling the connection and knowing the quality of work that is expected. Service. First class service that is seen and felt from the executives to the guests to the planners. Innovation. With a repetitive group, creativity is important so that experiences can be different. The experience is what the guests remember, so not always being a cookie cutter incentive trip is beneficial, lots of ideas and input is always available. I would say most DMC’s can offer the same vendors, etc, but they cannot all offer the same quality of service.

It has been a pleasure from day 1 to work with Arcenio and Alicia from Quality DMC. They have always been very correct in quoting, very easy to communicate, even outside of business hours. The proposal was thorough and clear, budget and invoicing were correct. It gave me peace of mind to know that they were on site with my group and I could fully trust them.
